Boston runs on its universities, and so does a lot of our calendar. We drive students and families between Logan and campus, and handle the big weekends — move-in, family weekend, commencement — at Harvard, MIT, Boston University, Northeastern, Boston College, Tufts, Wellesley and Brandeis, always at a flat rate agreed in advance.

Students flying in at the start of term or heading home for the holidays get the same flight-tracked, flat-rate airport service as everyone else. Parents booking for a student can add pickup notes and a contact number so the chauffeur and the student can find each other easily.
Move-in, family weekend and commencement
These weekends fill every hotel and rideshare queue in the city at once. Booking ahead locks in a car and a price, and for commencement we can hold a chauffeur by the hour so the family moves between ceremony, lunch and the hotel without thinking about it.
Campus visits
Touring several schools in a day or two? An hourly chauffeur is often the simplest way to see Cambridge, Boston and the western suburbs on one itinerary, with luggage staying in the car between stops.

Can I book a ride for my son or daughter?
Yes. Book with your own details and add the student’s name and phone number in the notes, and the chauffeur will coordinate with them directly.
Should we book early for commencement?
Yes. Commencement and move-in weekends are the busiest of the year in Boston, so booking a few weeks ahead is the best way to secure a car and a flat rate.
