Black car service FAQs
How is this different from a rideshare?
The ride is booked in advance with a fixed price and an assigned professional chauffeur, so it cannot be surge-priced, reassigned or cancelled on you at the curb. The vehicle is a cleaned, insured black car, and the driver is background-checked and commercially licensed.
How far in advance should I book?
For point-to-point rides around the city we recommend at least 2 hours. For anything time-critical — an early departure, a client pickup, an event — booking the day before guarantees the vehicle you want.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash and all major credit and debit cards. Corporate accounts can be invoiced monthly instead of paying per ride.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Standard rides can be cancelled up to 2 hours before pickup at no charge. If your plans shift, call (781) 777-3922 and we will move the booking rather than cancel it.
