When you request a ride through the booking form, we collect the details needed to provide it: your name, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel date and time, service type, vehicle preference, passenger count and any notes you add.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We never receive or store your Google password.

If you save addresses to your account, we store those addresses so you can reuse them on future bookings. You can delete any saved address from your account page at any time.

Like most websites, we receive standard technical information when you visit — such as your browser type, device type, approximate location and the pages you view.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to measure how the site is used. Advertising and analytics cookies are set by Google services described below.

We use your information to confirm and provide your ride, contact you about a booking, set and communicate the price, issue invoices, and maintain your ride history if you have an account.

We also use aggregated, non-identifying information to understand which pages and services people find useful, so we can improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Google — for sign-in (OAuth), spam protection on the booking form (reCAPTCHA), and advertising and analytics measurement (Google Ads and, where enabled, Google Analytics). Where enhanced conversion measurement is enabled, contact details you submit may be sent to Google in hashed form to match a booking to an ad click.

Resend — to deliver booking notification and confirmation emails.

Telegram — to notify our operations team of a new booking request.

Neon and Vercel — database and website hosting, which store the data described above on our behalf.

Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Booking records and invoices are kept for as long as needed to run the business and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. You can delete saved addresses yourself from your account page, and you can control cookies through your browser settings.

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit, access to booking data is restricted to authorised staff, and we do not store card numbers on this website.

If this policy changes we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
