Car Service to Logan Airport — Flat Rate, Every Time
Skip the surge pricing and the parking-garage maze. Bostondinio Coach runs flat-rate airport transfers between Greater Boston and Logan International (BOS), Manchester–Boston Regional (MHT) and Rhode Island T.F. Green (PVD) — with your chauffeur tracking the flight so the car is at the curb when you are.
How airport pickup works
Give us your flight number when you book and we monitor it in real time. If your flight lands early, we are early; if it is delayed, the car adjusts — no waiting fees, no frantic phone calls from the terminal. Your chauffeur meets you curbside at your terminal door, helps with luggage, and gets you home or to your hotel in a spotless vehicle.
One fixed price, booked in advance
Airport rides are quoted as a flat rate before you confirm — the price you see is the price you pay, at 5 AM or in Friday rush hour. We serve every terminal at Logan and cover the whole Greater Boston area, from Cambridge and Somerville to Quincy, Newton, Dedham, Canton and beyond.
Which airports we cover
Boston Logan International (BOS) is our home airport — we run transfers to and from Terminals A, B, C and E around the clock. We also cover Manchester–Boston Regional (MHT) in New Hampshire and T.F. Green (PVD) in Rhode Island, both of which are often the cheaper flight and the easier drive from the western and southern suburbs. Private aviation terminals at Hanscom Field and Norwood Memorial are available on request.
Departures: no rushing, no guessing
When you book an outbound ride we work backwards from your flight time, factoring in the tunnel, the Southeast Expressway and whatever the morning is likely to do to Route 93. You get a pickup time that gets you to the terminal with room to breathe — not a driver who accepts the job ten minutes away and hopes for the best. Your chauffeur confirms the night before, arrives early, and loads the luggage for you.
Arrivals: your driver is already there
Flight numbers are monitored in real time, so an early landing or a two-hour delay changes nothing on your end. Step out of baggage claim and the car is at the curb at your terminal. If you prefer to be met inside at baggage claim rather than curbside, ask when you book — meet-and-greet costs nothing extra and is worth it after a long-haul flight or when travelling with kids.
Business travel and family travel
Corporate travellers use us for the things a rideshare cannot promise: a car that is definitely there at 4:30 AM, a receipt that matches the trip, and a chauffeur who does not need directions to the client office. Families use us because the whole party, the luggage and the child seats fit in one vehicle at one agreed price. Child seats are free on request — just tell us the ages when you book.

Airport transfer FAQs
What if my flight is delayed?
Nothing changes on your end. We track your flight in real time at no extra charge and move the pickup automatically — whether you land early or hours late. You never need to call and update us.
Do you charge surge pricing?
No. Every ride is quoted as a flat rate confirmed before you book, regardless of demand, weather, holidays or time of day. The price you are quoted is the price you pay.
Which Logan Airport terminals do you serve?
All of them — curbside pickup and drop-off at Terminals A, B, C and E. If you would rather be met inside at baggage claim, ask when you book and your chauffeur will meet you there at no extra cost.
How far in advance should I book an airport ride?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead for airport transfers so we can lock in the vehicle and build the right buffer into your pickup time. Same-day requests are often possible — call (781) 777-3922 and we will tell you straight away.
Do you serve Manchester and T.F. Green airports?
Yes. Alongside Logan we run flat-rate transfers to Manchester–Boston Regional (MHT) and T.F. Green (PVD), which are frequently the easier option from the MetroWest and South Shore towns we cover.
